Evaluation:
Creative Strengths:
I was able to apply my creative skills to the backgrounds for the gig. This allowed each act to have more personality to them and to make everyone's performance to also be different to each other.

Another Strength was that I was able to use inspiration from past posters and apply that to my own one. I was able to make the poster more personal too by adding photos I have taken from either concerts I have been to or from past college gigs.

Creative areas for development:
I think I need a better understanding of how long musicians need on stage. This is because even though I have had experienced performing on stage I still underestimated the amount of time is actually needed within a performance. For example time to get setup, talk to the audience and then actually play the songs.

One thing I need to improve on is also coming out of my comfort zone when designing gig posters. This is because I had tried to create a second poster for the gig and I tried to look at something that contrasts from the first poster that I had made however I did struggle to do this.

Professional Strengths:
I am able to work as part of a team. For example for my project it required me to talk to other people and work around what they needed. This also allowed me to easily work on any problems that may arise quickly.

Another strength is I am good at time management. This was good with not only keeping on track with my timetable for my project but also when I was creating plan of the day for the gig. This meant I was able to think about how long we would need for the sound check and then work around the timings of each band.

Professional areas for development:
One thing I need to work on is becoming more organised with the equipment for the gig. This is because I had not only forgot a lot of things on my list but I also did not think of times we were able to get equipment (e.g. A Drum Kit).

Another thing I need to work on is my communication skills. This is because even though I had to communicate with people throughout my project there were times I could of communicated more. There were also times I had forgot to messaged people. For example I had forgotten to message someone about refreshments but I was able to work around this.

What went well Creatively:
One thing that went well creatively was asking everyone what they would like on the backgrounds. This meant the backgrounds were able to be more personalised to them and would fit the name better.

Another thing that worked well was with the poster for the gig I had used pictures from concerts I had been to and college gigs. This worked well because it allowed the poster to stand out to people and was more likely to stand out to a wide range of people instead one specific group.

What did not go well Creatively:
One thing that did not work well was trying to create another poster which was out of my comfort zone. This did not work well because I did not end up finishing it due to struggling so much to create something different and yet still have it fit into the theme of the other poster.

Another thing that did not work well was the software I had used for my backgrounds. This is because I was only limited to a certain amount of creativity when I would of preferred some more by using apps like Procreate instead.

What went well Professionally:
One thing that went well was that I was able to create a list of almost everything that I needed to do for the gig. This allowed me to be organised with things like creating the running order and making sure I have certain things ready in time.

Another thing that went well professionally was I was able to work around problems that would suddenly arise. For example, after creating the running order I was informed by one of the bands that they had two separate sets so this meant I had to work around this without going over the running order too much.

What did not go well Professionally:
One thing that did not work well professionally was not communicating with the people performing as much as I needed to. This meant stuff like setlists and backing tracks were sent last minute which caused me to rush part of the running order.

Another thing that did not work well professionally was leaving things like the plan of the day and the running order to the last minute. This is because I started getting stressed due to this and it also meant I had gotten slightly disorganised with the planning.
